Nabarangpur, (Ranjit Naik) Date: 03.02.2026 Riks: Yesterday: 02.02.2026 Riks at 5.30 pm in the Ashok Mehta conference hall at the District Collector’s office, a preparatory meeting has been held under the chairmanship of Nabarangpur District Collector Dr. Maheshwar Swayun for the completion of the 2.0th campaign! In the meeting, a comprehensive and time-bound action plan was finalized to achieve the fulfillment of 5 key indicators under the Aspirational District Program and 6 indicators under the Aspirational Block Program! Under the aspirational block programme, the block-level launch will be held on 04.02.2026 in Dabugo block and 05.02.2026 in Tentilikhunti block! District level launch under Akanksha District Program is scheduled on 6th February 2026 at Mission Shakti Conference Hall Nabarangpur! An early morning rally (awareness rally) will be organized at 8.00 am to create public awareness on health, nutrition, education, agriculture and related indicators under the aspirational district program! It is Dr. B.R. Starting with the statue of Ambedkar and ending with the statue of Shaheed Muhammad Baji! Five departmental stalls will be set up by the Department of Nutrition, Health and Veterinary Medicine to create awareness about government schemes and services during the launch program at the Mission Shakti Conference House! In this way, from 7 to 20 February 2026, a block-level awareness program will be held throughout the district! In addition, an awareness rally will be conducted in all 10 blocks of Nabarangpur district from 6 February 2026, which will strengthen people’s participation and social participation! Saturation indicators under the aspirational district program to ensure birth weight of all live births respectively, special measures on TB prevention, Anganwadi Centre/Urban Primary Health Center at least one Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Day/Urban Health in last one month Organizing Sanitation and Nutrition Day, 100% vaccination of animals, ensuring functional girls toilets in schools! Adequacy indicators under such aspirational block program are regular intake of complementary nutrition to all children (6 months to 6 years), weight measurement of children enrolled in Anganwadi centers during the reporting month, ensuring functional toilets in Anganwadi centers, provision of drinking water facilities in Anganwadi centers, 100% vaccination of Mechus national animals and ensuring functional girl toilets in schools! The District Governor ordered all relevant departmental officers to achieve 100 percent of this indicator and take responsibility at their own level and complete it within the time limit by April 14, 2026!
