
The district level PMShri festival has been inaugurated in the local PMShri National High School campus. The host of the program is the district education officer Dr. Prashant Kumar Mohanty delivered the welcome address. Presiding over the ceremony, Nuapada District Governor and prominent poet Madhusudan Das expressed the opinion that PMShri festival is a strong field in the all-round development of students. Similarly, Khadyal MLA Adhiraj Mohan Manigarahi joined as the chief guest and inaugurated the program and the teachers suggested that the backbone of the country and the PMSRI scheme will further increase the quality of education. Prominent culture researcher Padmashri Dr. Mahendra Mishra attended as the chief speaker and gave his speech on the national education policy and gave an address to the students in a joyful atmosphere. MLA Nuapada Jay Dholakia, Bankhand Officer F.Aziz Shaw, District Council Vice President Deepika Deep, MP Representative Prem Agarwal, Panchayat Samiti Chairperson Nuapada Taraswari Sahu, Retired Superintendent Dr. Shiv Prasad Behera, Additional District Education Officer Nuapada Sudhu Shekhar Mishra, Dr. Resham Lal Naik, District Science Inspector Nuapada Girhari Sa. On this occasion Gaurang Sahu, a teacher of PM Shri Rajyeti Heritage School, conducted the stage. Under the supervision of teachers Rameshwar Das and Sankarshan Purohit, the students of PM Shri High School sang the opening song. The guests visited various stalls of the festival. Retired Professor Chandrasekhar Chandrakar participated in the science-based seminar held in the afternoon and discussed about quantum computers. The evening cultural entertainment program was conducted by teacher Shankarshan Purohit, Rameshwar Das and teacher Pragyaparamita Vishal. Students performed dance, music, drama and dance. Similarly, in the second session of the evening, Additional District Education Officer Dr. Resham Lal Naik gave the welcome address and announced the purpose of the festival. The District Education Officer presided over the program organized as the guest of honor. Sonia Jain, District Council Member Uma Thakur, District Council Member Avni Ranjan Joshi, Bharat Lal Raut, Additional District Education Officer Sudshanshu Shekhar Mishra, Principal of the local school Golap Chandra Sahu were present and encouraged the students. Group Education Officer Nuapada Geetharani Joshi, Komna Anita Panda, Khadyal Kanhu Charan Naik, Sinapali Yatindra Kumar Seth and the in-charge organizer PMShri Celebration Committee, Sadhan Center Coordinator, teachers of the district, teachers of local PMShri National High School Nuapada and staff of education department actively participated in the successful organization of the program.
