Kandhamal, (Fast News Odisha): While patrolling near Kelapada in Chakkapad block in Baliguda sub-district of Kandhamal district, a scooty was found to have marijuana in it. Scooty no. Rakesh Naik and Nirmal Karmi, who were dealing in marijuana with OD-34-C-6790, were arrested by the police and charged with case no. 17/26 filed a lawsuit and the investigation is ongoing.
