
Baripada—Gaur Dasgiri The general meeting of Odisha Agricultural Supervisors Association is being held successfully for two days at Shahid Sati Bhavan in Baripada. It has been held under the full co-operation and chairmanship of the state president of this union, Mr. Trisarkanti Mohanty. In the said meeting Mr. Prakasharan MLA of Baripdar was the chief guest and Sarakana MLA was present. Sahab attended the meeting as a guest of honor and addressed the meeting and promised to provide full cooperation to the government to solve the long-standing demands and various problems of the agricultural inspectors of the government. The general secretary of the union, Mr. Pramod Kumar, read the principal statement. Among others, the vice-presidents, Ms. Kalyani Manigarahi, Dillip Kumar Das, Navaghan Muduli highlighted the basic problems of the workers. The Agriculture Commissioners of each mandal and district of the state participated in this meeting. Jai Jaban Jaykisan chants and voices were shaking the place, it was clear that the energy and ability of the people to work, the hard work of these agricultural workers, regardless of the rain and cold, the frontline warriors of agriculture and the development and improvement of the farmers today said nothing will go wrong. Their cooperation with the farmers in all fields from the grassroots level has led to the success of the national product, grain production and agriculture. So, Jai Jaban and Jai Kishan are the charioteers or great servants. Therefore, if farmers’ agriculture and production progress, our society will progress and our country will be able to contribute to building a prosperous India. If these workers are mentally healthy, the motivation to work will also increase, so if the government respects these agricultural workers and accepts this demand and facilitates their path, it will improve the agriculture of our country and help in building a prosperous India. Therefore, with the change of the work schedule of these employees, the system of minimum 3 promotions in the job period and the number of agricultural supervisor positions are increased according to the law, the intellectuals have expressed the opinion that a new chapter can be added to the agricultural sector with the continuous improvement of agricultural work in a healthy and disciplined atmosphere in a healthy atmosphere.
