Malkangiri, 4/4/26: On the occasion of the start of the new school year in the district, the entrance ceremony and the stick-judging program have been organized in MV 7 High Primary School. Malkangari MLA Narsingh Madkami attended as the chief guest and inaugurated the programme. The children were welcomed to the school in the presence of District Magistrate Nadash Arvind Rajashirke and other senior officials. MLA Shri Madkami said that education is the foundation of progress. Today’s baby shower is not just a tradition, but a launch pad for a bright future for children. The government and administration are committed to ensuring that every child in our district gets quality education. Likewise, the District Governor expressed that it is our priority to make the schools child-friendly and to make them study-oriented. This Awareness Rath will travel across the district to sensitize parents towards ensuring 100% enrollment. In the program Manchasin Chief Development Officer Dasharathi Sarabu and District Education Officer Chittaranjan Manigarahi said that a festive atmosphere is being created in the school through the entrance ceremony. Distribution of education kits and sweets will fill the minds of the children with happiness by removing the fear of school. On this occasion, MLAs and district officials showered the children with sticks and gave them education kits, a special invitation letter signed by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, roses, sweets and chocolates. A special awareness chariot was flagged off, which will carry the message of education to every nook and cranny of the district. MP Representative Sanjay Sarkar, District Information and Public Relations Officer Pramila Majhi, District Culture Officer Santhras Narayan Panda and Additional District Education Officer Manjulta Bhoi Major were present and supported in the program.
