Chandini Bakchi of MPV-8 village of Chittangpalli Panchayat under Kalimela block of Malkangari district secured A1 grade with 91% marks in 10th examination this year. A total of 22 students from different parts of Malkangiri district achieved A1 grade while Chandini was included in the list. However, Chandini’s story is unique and a struggle. Chandini passed her 10th examination this year after studying with determination and concentration despite being from a poor family. Chandini achieved 91% marks in this, but before seeing her success, her father Sameer passed away. Samir’s cancer-stricken family was completely relieved of his care and treatment. Chandini’s success brought happiness to the family, but her father’s death and the state of the family caused this happiness to fade away. In such a situation, the family, struggling for two handfuls of food, was unable to finance the education of Medhabi Chandini. As a result, a brilliant student’s journey to success and success was put on hold. Malkangiri District Uttarakhand Association has come forward to facilitate Chandini’s inspirational journey under such adverse circumstances. The members of District Uttarakhand Correspondence Association have promised to make proper arrangements for Chandini’s higher secondary education and provide all kinds of support.
