
A joint complaint hearing camp has been held under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Madhusudan Das and District Security Officer Amritpal Singh in Sadhavna Assembly Hall at Nuapada District Sadar Mahkuma. A total of 82 complaints were heard in this camp. Among them, there were 73 individual and 9 group complaints. In the camp, the District Collector assessed the importance of each complaint and directed the relevant departmental officers to take immediate action and resolve them within the stipulated time. On this occasion, allowances were distributed to the eligible beneficiaries by the District Social Welfare Department. Similarly, Mitravanu Raut of Buerbadi Gram Panchayat, Anthram Shabar of Tanwat Gram Panchayat and Chen Singh Barih of Amanara Gram Panchayat were awarded the “Cleanliness Angel Award” for their outstanding contribution in the field of cleanliness. On the sidelines of the public hearing, the District Magistrate asked all the BIDs to regularly review the status of pension distribution and ensure that the eligible beneficiaries get the benefits on time. Similarly, the district supply officer was ordered to take necessary steps to check the unauthorized paddy supply in various places. In this camp, Additional District Magistrate Subash Chandra Rait, District Council Executive Officer Lambodar Dharua, Deputy District Magistrate Surmi Soren, Bankhand Officer (Wildlife) Sameer Kumar Sahu, Bankhand Officer (Kendusayal) A. Madhabilata, Bankhand Officer (Provisional) Aziz Khan, District Chief Medical Officer Dr. Dwarikanath Shetpathi, Nuapada Panchayat Committee Chairperson Tareshwari Sahu, District Council Member Uma Thakur were the main attendees. Deputy District Collector Sheikh Naseem assisted in the management of the camp while all the district level officers, various departmental officers, line departmental officers, block level staff and media representatives were present.
