Baripada 27/10 (Fast News Odisha) Thakurmunda Block Nuagaon R.N. Girls’ High School teacher Pramila Sahu reached Baripada with Kirosini saying that she will surrender today in front of the District Education Officer’s office at Baripada as per the earlier announcement that she has been pleading with the administration for justice for her long-time professional claim. However, Bhanjsena state president Kling Keshari Jena approached Baripada upazilapal and tried to find a solution. According to the instructions of the District Collector, Additional District Collector Netrananda Mallik, District Education Officer Purnchandra Sethi, Baripada Upazila Collector Dr. It is reported that after meeting with the teacher Pramila Sahu in the presence of SDPO Phamaga Kumar Mallik Major, Baripada, he gave a promise to fulfill the demands. According to R.N. Girls’ High School was established in 1992, and the school was approved and recognized in 1995. Pramila joined the school in 1997 and served as the head teacher and the school received grant from 2015. But suddenly the district education officer in his letter dated 22/10/2021 No. 11341 barred Pramila from the duties of the head teacher and ordered to hand over the responsibility to the assistant teacher. He was not allowed to enter the school. Pramila was suspended by virtue of her letter number 11982 dated 16/11/2021 for not handing over responsibility. There was no investigation or reinstatement after the suspension. Pramila sought refuge in the Hon’ble High Court without answering the court and informed the court that Pramila had been re-appointed in haste and forced Pramila to join as a senior teacher. However, after the suspension period from 16/11/2021 to 5/1/2025, not a single rupee has been sent to him. In the meantime, another assistant teacher, Aparna Dey, has been appointed as head teacher by DEO on 8/9/25. After taking charge as a teacher, Aparna suspended Pramila again on October 18. As a result, he has received only 17 days salary in the month of September. On asking the DEO, he said that he has no power to suspend the principal but has not taken any action for the unconstitutional step. Pramila complained to the DEO, District Collector, SP, Chief Minister on last September 10, but without getting any solution, Baru informed the administration that she will commit suicide today and said in a press conference. After the declaration of suicide, the DOE ordered him to join the work on the last 24th, but he was ignoring other demands as per the court order. However, in today’s meeting, as per the court order, the Hon’ble High Court has given 8 weeks time to Pramila to return the post of Principal, and the administration has promised that other just demands will be fulfilled before that. The DEO also advised to fulfill all the demands as soon as possible and to work peacefully. So teacher Pramila, I was overwhelmed and I chose the wrong path like Prathuti as I had no other option. “I got justice for the intervention of media cooperation administration, the unsolicited cooperation of Bhanjsena chief King Keshari Jena,” said teacher Pramila Sahu in her response.

Kolabira, 29.10 (Fast News Odisha): The government has introduced many schemes at different levels for the poor beneficiaries. Bhimvoy Disability Empowerment Camp is a special scheme within Seth. The government is spending crores of rupees for the welfare of the people. However, it cannot be fruitful due to the lack of will of departmental officers and employees. As a result, the beneficiaries and the public are being left out of the scheme and are suffering from personal problems. In Kolabira Block, the Vimvoi Disability Empowerment Camp was organized by the Block Level District Social Security and Disability Empowerment Department on Wednesday. Only 120 people registered this time from all categories. It is alleged that the number of people has decreased due to lack of publicity. Even in the letter sent by the block administration to Pachayat and other special people, the 29th Thursday is shown which is the 29th Wednesday, so people were really confused about whether it was the 29th or Thursday. In order to know more about it, people contacted some of the executive officers of Pachanyat, but it is alleged that they did not get the correct answer. People had already reached the camp after getting the information that the management time of the camp would be from 9 am, but no one showed up in the camp till 10:30 even at that time the Tet Lag work was not completed, which caused dissatisfaction among the beneficiaries. Even as per the departmental officer, the campaign was carried out, but the block jeep with the driver of the cable car was seen walking only in some places. It appears that all the 9 retreats under the block have not been used for campaigning. The campaign conducted by the District Social Security and Disability Empowerment Department could not reach the beneficiaries. Due to which the less interested parties were convinced that the beneficiaries could not benefit from the government schemes, the discretion of the departmental officers was observed. It is being demanded in the Hitadukari Mahal and the public that if appropriate steps are taken after investigating it, the block officers and staff of the department will be vigilant and responsible.
