- Any misuse of equipment or violation of studio rules will result in penalties or cancellation without refund.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring copyright compliance for any recorded material.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments must be completed to confirm bookings.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
- The organiser cancels the program.
- The studio becomes unavailable due to technical or operational issues.
- No refunds will be provided for last-minute cancellations by customers.
- Partial refunds may be considered based on cancellation timelines (as per organiser/studio policy).
5. User Responsibilities
- Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- All bookings must be made by individuals who are 18 years or older, or under parental/guardian supervision.
- Customers are responsible for the behavior of their guests/participants during programs or studio sessions.
