Kolabira, 28/05 (Fast News Odisha) Aleet Behera, a student of “Ihsas Taekwondo Academy” in Brijrajnagar, won a gold medal at the national level and brought glory to the district and the state. In the 9th National Taekwondo Competition held in Punjab from 22nd May 2026 to 24th May 2026, Odisha team participated in the National Taekwondo Championship. After reaching the Jharsuguda railway station today, Aleet returned with his coach from Punjab and was given a grand welcome. It is said that his hard work, regular practice and strong morale are behind this victory. “Coach Manish Mohanty’s contribution was very important behind this success,” Aleet said.
It has been said by the academy that the power has achieved this success due to his proper training and guidance. Various sports organizations, teachers, parents and local residents have congratulated Aleet Behera for this achievement. Gold medalist Aleet’s father is Nirmal Sahu and mother Vijaya Sahu and her home is in village Brijrajnagar Nuadihi.
