Kirmira: 20/04/2026 (Fast News Odisha): Today, on the auspicious day of Akshay III, the birthday of Lord Sri Parashuram was celebrated at Sri Radhakrishna Temple in Bagdihi. According to the tradition of every year, Vaishakh Sudi III is still celebrated as the birthday of Vishnu’s sixth avatar and Lord Shiva’s devotee Shri Parashuram. On this occasion, Lord Shri Parashuram was worshiped at 4 pm. From 7:31 PM, the musical Shree Sunderkand text for the welfare of the world was conducted by Pandit Ajay Kumar Sharma. Aarti was performed with hymns and prasads were distributed. On this occasion Gaurish Khan Sharma, Ramnivas Sharma, Radheshyam Mishra, Dharmapal Sharma, Samlelal Sharma, Raju Sharma, Gangadhar Rath, Nilgok Sharma, Ashok Sharma, Vijay Sharma, Arvind Kumar, Farham Sharma, Ayush Sharma, Piyush Sharma, Chanchal Sharma, Vishnu Sharma, Pappu Sharma, Many devotees including Shubham Sharma, Pushpa Sharma, Krishna Sharma, Manju Sharma, Preeti Sharma, Kusum Agarwal, Anand Agarwal, Dilip Agarwal, Arjun Shah, Abhay Sharma, Shanmu Sharma were present and performed puja archana.
