More than 30 people from 12 to 30 families have been living in the said Sahi for many years. But the residents of Sahi have complained that no provision of drinking water has been made by the government so far. It is said that water is life. The body needs clean drinking water. That is why despite many schemes of the government, their successful implementation is not reaching the people. As a result of which people are still dependent on polluted black water due to lack of clean drinking water. Many children and adults have become sick and lost precious lives by using that black water. Still the administration is fast asleep. Sudha has repeatedly complained in writing and verbally to the local board members, Sarpanch, Samitas and the block administration regarding the problem of Nahidimaha Sahir, but no results have been found. Here the general question arises, is the administration knowingly unaware of the said Sahir’s indifference to the public? Because the long-standing problem is neglected even today. The geographical situation of Salagu Sahi of Banjamaha village is very dangerous. It was like a cursed cow. Is there a good road or clean drinking water supply? People are forced to depend on contaminated sewage and canal water for survival. Rainy day problems are better not to mention. Because it’s a long way to go by car on a rainy day. Even walking is difficult. Due to dirt roads, the problem is compounded. Such is the picture of development in tribal areas. However, the administration is still silent on this issue. Meanwhile, residents of Sahi, including Nityanand Patmajhi, Pramod Pradhan, Laborer Sunamajhi, Lankeshwar Sunamajhi, Harshanand Patmajhi, Kapil Pradhan, Sudam Pradhan of the said Sahir have demanded to dig a new tubewell in the said Sahi. Sahi residents have warned that if this issue is not resolved immediately, they will be forced to come down to the highway and protest and cancel the panchayat vote ahead.
