Kandhamal/Kanuagaon, 08/06 (Fast News Odisha) Kandhamal District Kanuagaon Block, Saranggarh Police has recovered the dead body of a young man from a mango tree in Mundikupa forest near Salaguda village under Saranggarh police station. He had been working in a company in Kerala for twelve years. Acting on information, some people of Salaguda village went to the forest to fetch firewood and reported to the police when they saw the body hanging. Saranggarh police station officer Smita Jena along with a team reached the spot and seized the body and sent it to Baliguda sub-district hospital for autopsy and continued further investigation. On the other hand, a case of death has been registered in Saranggarh police station on 04/2026. The police officer informed that the dead young man had gone to Kerala for work for twelve to fifteen years and did not come back to his home. Suddenly, after so many years, his dead body was found hanging from the forest. It has shocked everyone. Whether it was suicide or who tried to stop him from committing suicide, the investigation report of Saitifik team remains in doubt.
