Baripada – 02/06/2026 Like last year, this year also organized a blood donation camp and celebrated his birthday in a unique way. Former minister Sudam Marndi, eminent social worker Murarilal Sharma joined as special guest and inaugurated the camp. District Council President Bharti Hasda, Mayor Krishna Inanda Mohanty, former Deputy Speaker Sanand Marndi, former MLA Rajkishore Das and others were the guests of honour. Ganeshwar Pan, Priyabrat Majhi, Prayabrat Marandi, Subodh Marandi, Nilgiri Block Chairman Shudalakshmi Majhi, Shamakhunta Block Chairman Chandramohan Singh, MCC Bank President Subramaniam Mohanty, BJD Editor Jeetendra Mohanty, Dekshisha Mohanty, Deepak Madhual, Student Leader Sunil Naik, Avas De, Jeet Patnaik, Councilor Anant Das, Pangama Mohanty, Sukeshini Sethi, Pangagi Pawari, Liton Patnaik, District Councilor Anand Tudu, Durga Marndi, Madhusudan Singh, Dhani Kisku, Paresh Munda, Senior Physician Dr. Shamsundar Khadelwal, Dr. Shivanand Mohanty, Dr. Durgamadhav Das and Dr. Mamta Gupta were present and encouraged the blood donors to congratulate Sudam Marndi on her birthday. A total of 237 people donated blood voluntarily.Priyanath Majhi, Somnath Singh, Deepak Mishra, Mangal Hasada, Rabinarayan Behera and Kichkeshwar Behera participated in the camp under the direct supervision of social worker Amar Kumar Sethi. Pundarikash Das, Nishith Das, Sukul Hasda, Vijay Murmu, Babita Pan, Prathi Mahanth, Parthasarathy Mahanth and Karunakar Jena collected the blood.
