Telecom Consumer Awareness Program CAP organized by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)-affiliated Consumers Association (FOCO Odisha) at National College, Nuapada District Sadar l Zonal President FOCO Odisha, P. Mr. Hitesh Kumar Sahu, President of the College, was the Chief Guest and B.C. Mishra and Prakash Chandra Sahu attended. Around 150 students participated in the consumer awareness program. This CAP was organized by CAG (Consumer Advocacy Groups) P. Kameshwar Rao emphasized on knowing the rules and regulations of TRAI l To sensitize the general public to prevent exploitation, unauthorized interference in services offered to the overall customer by mobile service providers l How customer complaints/problems/redressal is handled by individuals, organizations, institutions in our regular day to day life The meeting discussed in detail on consumer awareness to prevent cybercrime To prevent cybercrime Information needed for everyone to know about Cyber Hygiene l Use of “DND” APP and financial fraud, victims of cybercrime can contact helpline number 1930 or https://www. cybercrime.
