Malkangiri, 24/9/25: District Magistrate Somesh Kumar Upadhyay visited the remote areas of the district and reviewed various developmental works. Today, the District Collector visited the Tarlakota Gram Panchayat under Korakunda Block and supervised the annual work there. Later, the District Collector visited the Anganwadi Center at Tarlakota. Similarly, the District Collector spoke to the beneficiaries of old age allowance who are above 80 years of age in Tarlakota and Tarlakota-B villages.
There, PM John Mann visited the house construction work and spoke to the people. It is said that the District Governor is making efforts to bring the benefits of all the schemes of the government to the people. Therefore, as an innovative initiative, joint grievance redressal camps have been organized for the first time in Gram Panchayats of unreached areas. A single window has been set up and online facilities are provided immediately at the scene. Korkunda Video Amirya Sahu and all the officials of the block were present during this visit.
