After the untimely demise of Rajendra Dholakia, the MLA of Nuapada Assembly Constituency 71, preparations for the by-elections have started here. In this order, the first level inspection of the units stored in the EVM and VV Pat warehouse in the area of the District Collector’s office has started today. Kumar Sahu, Deputy Administrative Secretary Jitendra Pan, Additional District Collector and District Additional Election Officer Subash Chandra Rait, Deputy District Collector and ERO, Surmi Soren, Election Deputy Collector Sekh Naseem, DC Hemant Puta, BDO Komna Sarveswar Jal, Tehsildar Nuapada Pranab Ranjan Sahu were the chief guests. Besides, recognized political parties Bharatiya Janata Party, Biju Janata Dal and AAP Mandal were present.
