Pattangi 22/9- A health camp was held by experts under the Healthy Women Empowered Family Campaign at the Group Health Center Pattangi. The program was organized under the chairmanship of Dr. Bhagat Murmu, officer of the Community Health Center, Pattangi. Odisha Government’s Healthy Women Empowered Family campaign includes health checkups and health services for all women, awareness of food patterns to maintain healthy lifestyles and health standards, plans for pregnant women and newborns to make them available in health care facilities, active plans for citizens, etc. The camp was inaugurated by Pattangi Panchayat Samithi chairperson Iksha Pangi, deputy representative Arjun Bank, MP representative Shukra Khara. In this, 725 patients from all panchayats of Pattangi block came and had their health checked. Gynecologist Dr. Rajesh Mohanty, Pediatrician Dr. Saman Naidu, Vesicologist Dr. Satish Acharya from Shaheed Laxman Naik Medical College attended the camp. The program was conducted under the direct supervision of Dr. Shantanu Raut, Dr. Lisha Madhu Tarei. Among others BPM Rashmita Son, PHO Aarti Gudiya, Pharmacist Ranjit Swayum, Clerk Kavitha Naik, Bam Sahadeva Khara BDM Satya Das, Malaria Inspector Soumya Ranjan Mishra, Birth and Death Clerk Vaskar Sethi along with other nursing officers Pratibha Sahu, Diptimai Naik, Harpriya Sahu, Lab Technician Class IV Staff Laxman, Jagannath, Anil, Bapi, Padu, Rabindra Sanitary Staff Yatin, Nages, Marilyn, Sulila, Pabbi, Purnima, Savitri, Reena, Meena, Jyosthan and Security Staff Bhagwan, Kailash, Karthik and all other staff were present and assisted in conducting the program.
