Baripada on 17/11 (PNS) A youth conference was held on behalf of the National Volunteer Association, Baripada city in Sriram Chandra Bhanjdeo University, conference room. Basant Kumar Mallik, Head of Physical Education of the National Volunteers Association participated as the keynote speaker and spoke on the glorious and struggling history of India. At the beginning of the program, District Federation President Prakash Kumar Naik gave a welcome speech, while the chief guest was literary Dr. Shishir Behera, along with Chetanya Prasad Barik, Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Federation, as the guest of honor, called upon the youth to be self-reliant and self-reliant.
