Nuapada District Collector Madhu Sudan Das today inaugurated a rally held on behalf of the Transport Department on the occasion of “Zero Casualty”. On 10:00 am, the march started from District Collector’s office, Nuapada to the police station and back to District Collector’s office. Surmi Soren, CDM and Dr. Dhaneshwar Sethi, District Sports Officer Rajendra Prasad Badhei, all district level officers, staff and hundreds of students participated in this march. Along with this, public awareness was created by road drama. Road safety awareness program was held In this program about 2000 students were made aware about various aspects of road safety I The presence of the District Magistrate and the valuable advice and counseling program was carried out as well as the students were shown the right direction.
