
Nabarangpur, (Ranjit Naik) Date: 30.11.2025 Riks: Under the direction of Sports and Youth Services Department, Government of Odisha, yesterday 29.11.2025 Riks Nabarangpur district administration has organized a district level youth festival-2025 with great joy and enthusiasm! The main objective of the festival was to mobilize the youth energy and showcase their hidden talents! In this important program, various groups of the district, educational institutions and the public were successfully participated by Art Kendra, a total of 529 budding contestants! Additional District Collector (Revenue) of Nabarangpur Biswajit Chandra Burman attended the launch program as the chief guest and officially inaugurated it! In his speech, he described the youth as the future of the country and called them to bring positive changes in the society! District Sports Officer Susanth Kumar Naik, Chairwoman of Women’s Graduate College Maleshwari Sahu, retired Professor Vijay Kumar Mishra and Educationist Vijay Kumar Chowdhury, Additional Chairperson of Nabarangpur Graduate College Musika Tripathi and retired Principal Pravasini Mohanty were present as honored guests! All the guests highly appreciated the efforts of the youth! Geetha Das organized all these programs perfectly! A rare combination of culture and knowledge was seen in this youth festival! Along with traditional arts like folk dance and folk music, scientific competitions like speech, poetry composition, story writing, drawing and the center of attraction Innovation (Science Exhibition) were organized! 10,000, 7,500 and 5,000 rupees were awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd team winners in the group competition and the winning contestants in the individual competition were given an attractive prize amount of 3,000, 2,000 and 1,000 rupees!
