Baripada – 30/08/2025 A voluntary blood donation camp has been organized in the local Rotary Club conference room with the support of Mayurbhanj District Teachers’ Coordinating Committee and Rotary Club. Municipal Mayor Krishnananda Mohanty and Baripada Deputy District Collector Dr. Melisindhu Parida inaugurated the camp and encouraged the blood donors.
Among others were Association President Bimal Kumar Acharya, Chairman Poorna Nand Acharya, State Coordinator Jaminikant Panda, District Coordinator Harekrishna Barik, Adviser Somnath Singh, Media Coordinator Gadhar Naik, Senior Teacher Leader Satchidanand Mohanty, Social Worker Amar Kumar Sethi and Dr Niroj Kumar Pothal, Rotary Club President Bhavani Shankar Sahu, Editor. Timir Kumar Ghosh, member Sunit Puri and Mohan Baranwal were prominently present. Later, former Union Minister Visheshwar Tudu, District Education Officer Purunchandra joined and encouraged the blood donors. For the first time, 35 people including 4 students, Baripada BRC Tapaswini Dash donated blood in this camp organized by the federation.
