But while there are only 5 days left for the purchase center to be opened, the farmers have not yet received the grain sale token. So the farmers are worried. If the token does not come, the farmers cannot sell the paddy even if the paddy buying center is open. Farmers are reacting that it is worthless to open Dhanmandi without giving tokens to the farmers. Many farmers applied to sell paddy in the last week of November during registration. But the token has not come to them yet. Therefore, there is a danger that the farmers, who were ready to sell the grain after harvesting the grain in the month of November, fall into the trap of short selling and are forced to sell the grain to the traders. The opening of tokenless market has brought an opportunity for traders and brokers to buy paddy from farmers under the net. This year more farmers have registered and 4 new PAXs have been added to the district. It is planned to buy nearly 2 lakh quintals more paddy than last year. This year, 23 thousand 172 farmers have registered in the district, out of which 4128 farmers have registered in Kolabira block. This time, an additional pax has been developed in Sobhamal in Kolabira block. It is worth mentioning here that for a few days traders and brokers have been active and have been accused of buying paddy from farmers online and selling it directly to the mill.
