In this cold environment, the sight of Baliguda MLA Chakramani Kangar enjoying the winter by setting fire in a firewood on the roadside like ordinary people has touched the hearts of the townspeople. Baliguda BJM coordinator Tuna Dash along with MLAs, Tumudiband block president Pramod Sahu and local people are sitting around the fire and enjoying the winter.
