Malkangiri, 17/12/25: A drawing, reasoning and questioning competition has been organized by the District Planning and Analysis Office for the promotion and dissemination of Sustainable Development Goals at the local Butiguda Nodal Higher Primary School premises. In the junior group, students from classes 8 to 10 and in the senior group, students of classes 2 and 3 participated. The competition was conducted by Mr. Golak Chandra Dalai, Deputy Director of the District Planning and Evaluation Office and supported by other officials, staff and head teachers and teacher trainees of Butiguda Nodal Higher Primary School. In the drawing competition, Arjun Hantal first, Krishna Sheesha second, Ashish Kumar Sabat third, Tarun Jiram, Sukant Sodhi have been selected to receive the Santhovana prize in the junior group. Again, in the senior group, Dinesh Kumar Sahu stood first, Krishna Muduli stood second, Amrit Mandal stood third while Pintu Madkami and Kumari Tutsi Mandal were selected to receive the meritorious award. In Logic Competition, Kumari Sonakshi Mahapatra and Kumari Suprabha Naik stood first, Kumari Ayushi Panda came second, Kumari Shweta Shethrupa Panda came third, Kumari Shraddhakiriniya, Trinath Matam and Kumari Namath Niharika were selected for the consolation prize. First, Kumari Vidisha Mohanty won the second place, Om Mohanty and Kumari Tejaswini Mishra got the third place while Shiv Matam, Kumari Tapaswini Ojha and Tofan Chowdhury were selected for the Santhovana award. Diwakar Mandal 1st, Kumud P. Ajmera got the second place, Kumari Rashmita Madiyari got the third place while Kumari Niharika Niharika, Krishna Sarkar, Kumari Annapurna Tripathi and Jagmohan have been selected for the Santhovana award. Again, in the senior group, Kumari Parayani Hansda stood first, Kumari Shubhashree Isalabat stood second, Maniram Dharua stood third, while Bapi Burman, Ramesh Madkami and Kumari Tejaswini Mishra were selected for Santhovana awards.
