
Nuapada: Bharat Ratna, former Prime Minister Samajnat Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s district level birth anniversary and good governance day has been organized at Nuapada District Information and Public Relations Department at the local Sadhavna House. District Collector Madhusudan Das was the chief guest in this ceremony. Executive Officer Khamsnidhi Bhoi, Senior Lawyer Prasanna Kumar Padhi, Eminent Educationist Kshirod Bhashan Panda, District Chief Medical Officer Dr. Dhaneshwar Sethi Major attended and paid tributes to the portrait of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He was a true and dedicated leader who always worked for the nation and the people. Vajpayee ran the country with the eyes of a painter, the heart of a poet and the vision of a scientist. Whoever possesses these three qualities is a true man and a man of nature. Our next generation has a lot to learn from his life. Defense Inspector Shri Singh said, Vajpayee was a true leader of the nation. His role in Pokhran nuclear test, development of education and infrastructure in the country is unique. All the guests cherished the memory of great man Vajpayee and remembered his immense contribution to the country. In this ceremony, poets and poets from every corner of the district recited poems on Vajpayee’s biography. Eminent poet and teacher Kishore Pradhan coordinated the poetry reading program. At the end, the guests felicitated the poets and poets with certificates.
