Rairangpur 30/12 (NI) Rairangpur College was established 63 years ago today. But it will not be wrong to say that no government has yet looked favorably on this college. The students of the entire Bamanaghati and surrounding areas are facing a lot of problems because of this. In this regard, a demand letter was submitted to His Excellency the President through Bamanghati Deputy District Collector on behalf of Massa Association for the official status of Rairangpur College. Due to the lack of sufficient hostels, students are regularly coming from the remote areas of Jhaldunguri, Badam Hills, Tiring, Bishoi, Chheipahari, Jamda, Jharadi etc. by private buses. 2. Due to the low number of teachers in the college, there is a serious problem in teaching. 3. There is no good gate in front of the college. 4. There are no basic facilities like bicycle stand or advanced library, science lab. 5. Rairangpur College does not even have its own playground. 6. As there are no PG, B.Ed., BA LLB courses in this college, students have to travel far and wide to study. 7. The old asbestos classrooms and lack of smart classrooms are in a life-threatening condition for the students. 8. Since there is no library and e-library in the college, various problems are seen in the sending and reading of the students. Today about 2000 students from Rairangpur postal division have written letters to this college for official recognition.
