Malkangiri, 16/3/2026: A huge district level dual grievance hearing camp was held today at Padowada Panchayat under Malkangiri Block. In this camp, all the heads of the district administration, including District Magistrate Arvind Rajashirke, Security Superintendent Vinod Patil H and Bankhand Officer Sai Kiran, were present and asked and understood the problems of the public. Hundreds of local people in the camp complained about various personal and communal issues like land dispute, ration card, old age allowance, drinking water and rural development. A total of 89 complaint letters were received, out of which 3 were personal problems and 86 were rural problems. Many problems in the camp were immediately resolved. The District Magistrate has given strict instructions to the concerned officials to solve other serious problems within a specified time frame. The main objective of the camp was to bring the welfare schemes of the government directly to the beneficiaries. It is seen that the residents of the area are very excited to have the administration on hand.
