Malkangiri, 10/2/26: A swimming training camp has been started at Banda Bakuli Dam by the District Emergency Department under the auspices of the State Natural Disaster Management Department. On the instructions of District Collector Somesh Kumar Upadhyay, Additional District Administration Somnath inaugurated the program as Chief Guest while District Emergency Officer Pratham Ranjan Sahu was present. The guests opined that this effort of the state government will be useful for the youth to avoid any drowning accidents. In this fourth phase of the training camp, 30 participants will be trained by Odraf team. Emergency Department Senior Revenue Assistant Kuna Nayak assisted in organizing the event.
