Baripada 07/04: A practical training camp titled ‘Role of Artificial Intelligence in Interdisciplinary Research’ has been inaugurated at Department of Computer Applications, Maharaja Sriramchandra Bhanjdeo University. The five-day program sponsored by the Prime Minister’s Higher Education Mission (PM-USA) was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pramod Kumar Shetpathi as the Chief Guest. Prof. Biswajit Rath, ex-officio chairman of the Undergraduate Council, presided. Prof. Shatpathi in his speech claimed that artificial intelligence is a reality in today’s era and it is a powerful tool for modern research. He hoped that the program would give new direction to subjective research on various subjects and help our students to face future challenges. Chairman Prof. Biswajit Rath said that through this training, researchers will gain experience of practical training to solve real problems and this will help our university to be a leader in IAI research.
