Nuapada: On the occasion of the celebration of “Odiya Path”, a seminar and poetry lecture titled “Imprisoned Boys of Odisha” has been organized by the District Culture Council, Nuapada today at the District Education and Training Institute (Diet) at Sadar Mahkuma. The main objective of the program was to remember the sacrifices, sacrifices and contributions of Odisha groomsmen and to establish their ideals in the minds of future generations. District Collector Madhu Sudan Das attended the program as the chief guest and remembered the extraordinary contribution of Odisha bridegrooms. He said that those who have sacrificed their own interests for the betterment of the society and the nation are the real sons of the bridegroom. He appealed to the youth to follow their ideals and move ahead in life. Additional District Collector Subas Chandra Rait, Chief Development Officer Lambodar Dharua, Deputy District Collector Ms. Surmi Soren, District Council Additional Executive Officer Khamnidhi Bhoi, Poet Ashok Kumar Patnaik and Diet Chairman Norottam Bhoi were the main manchasin. The guests highlighted the biographies, bravery and service of various grooms of Odisha. A poetry recital was held along with the conference. Along with a large number of poets and poetesses from different parts of the district, Dieter students also actively participated and recited vocal poems based on Barputra. District Culture Officer Ramesh Mehra coordinated the programme. Finally the program was declared over with a vote of thanks by the Additional Executive Officer of the District Council.
