
Malkangari, 16/6/26: A District Level Joint Grievance Hearing Camp has been organized in Undurukonda Gram Panchayat Office for simple and permanent solution of public problems by the Malkangiri District Administration. In this special program, Malkangari District Magistrate Anthash Arvind Rajeshirke and Security Officer Vinod Patil participated and directly talked to the public. In the camp, hundreds of people from different regions presented their basic problems and grievances before the administration. The District Collector and SP have given strict instructions to the concerned departmental officers present in the camp to consider every complaint seriously and resolve it promptly and within time frame. A total of 32 complaint letters were duly registered in this massive administrative camp. Of these, 8 individual complaints have been received regarding various personal problems, while 24 rural-based complaints based on rural development work, drinking water, roads and other collective problems have been handed over to the administration. After receiving the objections of the people, the departmental officers are responsible for reviewing them and taking immediate action. Along with the hearing of the complaint, a special camp was also organized for the Special Constitutional Amendment-2026 to strengthen the democratic process. In this camp, a review meeting was held regarding the progress and success of the amendment process, along with the distribution of census forms to the eligible citizens present by the Malkangari District Governor and District Election Officer. Senior officers and staff of all line departments including District Bankhand Officers fully cooperated in this program.
