Nuapada: Urban Public Relations and Citizen Partnership program was organized by the notified Achal Parishad, Khariar Road at Ward No. 16 and 17 Mangarapali on the 10th day. Council Chairperson Sonia Jain, Parishad Vedaram Sahu, Sandeep Sharma, Executive Officer of the Council Kamlasan Rath, Kalahandi MP Representative Goldi Agarwal and senior citizens of the ward were present. The program was organized with the aim of improving the direct relationship between the public and the government, promoting active participation of citizens, creating awareness about the various public welfare schemes and development programs of the central and state governments and connecting the views and aspirations of the citizens with the governance process. While the book was launched by , many complaints of the common man were heard and a decision was taken to redress them. Many women and men were present in the program.
