Nuapada: An Urban Public Relations and Citizen Partnership program was held at Ahir Colony on the final day by the Advertised Local Council, Khariar Road. Council Chairperson Sonia Jain, Kalahandi MP representative Goldi Agarwal, senior citizens and all civil servants attended. This program was organized with the objective of improving the direct relationship between the public and the government, promoting active participation of the citizens, creating awareness about the various public welfare schemes and development programs of the central and state governments and connecting the views and aspirations of the citizens with the governance process.
