As the people are living in fear and terror, a memorandum has been issued today to the Chief Minister through Udayagiri Tehsildar Samyam Mishra. According to the local residents, 5 tribals have been killed in elephant attacks in recent years and 13 domestic animals have also lost their lives. In addition, hundreds of acres of farmland have been destroyed and many houses have been destroyed. Despite the complaints, the government and the forest department are not taking the expected steps, the discontent among the people is increasing. Prompt and fair compensation to affected farmers and families. Construction of fence. Copies of this demand letter have also been sent to the Minister of Forests and Environment, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Kandhamal District Magistrate and DFO. Residents of the area have warned that if the administration does not take immediate steps, they will start a mass protest in the coming days.
