Malgiya, 25/06 : An awareness program has been held on the drug free India campaign by the block administration in the government high school in Malkangiri Block Sadar Mahkuma. In this program conducted under the leadership of Group Social Security Officer Desha Karam, there was a thorough discussion about the prohibition of drug use and its ill effects, various health problems caused by drug use in the current situation. The guests expressed the opinion that a healthy society can be formed if every person receives awareness about drug addiction from student life. The chief guest in the event was P. Venkateswar Rao, representative of Maliya Block MP, while the other guests were Chairman of Maliya Regional Higher Secondary School Parmanand Mohapatra, Madiya Group Health Officer Raj Narayan Singh, Principal of Madiya High School Narayan Sarkar and Naka Ravi Kumar Pramukh. Rajesh Behera, Gobind Sardar and Mithun Haldar have organized the program.
