District Magistrate’s Complaint Hearing Camp has been held in Nuapada District Komna Block. District Magistrate Madhusudan Dash along with District Chief Development Officer Lambodar Dharua, District Deputy Magistrate Surmi Soren, District Chief Medical Officer Dr. Dhaneshwar Sethi, Komna Block Chairperson Anusuya Kukhar, Deputy Chairperson Jaydev Pradhan were present in the camp today. District Magistrate heard 5 total complaints of 52 individuals and 5 groups. He directed the concerned district level officials to take immediate action on the matter. Similarly, 2 destitute persons-Girija Patel and Jani Nial were given immediate assistance of Rs.5000 from the Red Cross Fund. BDO Sahalvi Kumar Samal, Tehsildar Sarbeswar Jal, Deputy District Magistrate Chinmay Sagar assisted in the management of the major camp. In the meeting, all district level officers, engineers of various departments, line department officers and block level officers and employees and various media representatives were prominently present. A health camp and an age treatment camp were organized for senior citizens in the block area while the complaint hearing camp was available. On this occasion, programs on Migrant Workers Awareness Camp, Tree for Girl Child, Day for Unborn Child and Plastic Free Campaign were held at Garden Bandh of Kureswar Village Panchayat.
