
Nuapada: According to the instructions of the National and State Legal Services Authority, the second National People’s Court will be held on Saturday, May 09, under the supervision of the Nuapada District and Circuit Judge and Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority Mr. Samar Vilas Behera. This National Lok Adalat will also be held in Nuapada District Court, Komna, Khadial, Sinapali and Boden Courts. These National People’s Courts deal with almost all types of pending suits and civil, criminal, motor accident compensation, matrimonial disputes (except divorce), land acquisition, electricity and water bill payment disputes, bank debt disputes, labor and employment disputes, pre-litigation level and bank debt disputes, revenue and other civil and criminal litigations. This national people can be in the court. There is no financial cost for litigation and dispute resolution. The judgment of the People’s Court shall be final, final and enforceable. Additional District and Circuit Judge Sunil Kumar Das, Chief Judicial Magistrate Sushant Kumar Mishra, Senior Civil Judge Durbasa Durga, District Legal Services Authority Secretary Nabanita Das, Women Court Judge Sarojini Sahu, Registrar Saubhagya Ranjan Pradhan, SDJM Snathaki Das, District Bar Association President Khitish Bodhankar, Vice President Prakash Swamy, Secretary Parilal Dewangan, representatives of national public and private banks, representatives of Tata Power were present and prepared the blueprint for the successful edition of the upcoming National Lok Adalat. On this occasion, District Judge and District Legal Services Authority Chairman Samar Vilas Behera called upon all public and private banks to settle more and more pre-litigation bank loan cases in the National People’s Court.
