Baripada – Date:- 03/05/2026 A voluntary blood donation camp has been organized in the Mayurbhanj Chemist and Druggist Association in the premises of Mayurbhanj Chemist Building on Rikh Baruni Road in memory of late Chaudhuri Prabir Das of Odisha druggist family and on the occasion of 10th Shraddha Day. Volunteers donated blood.Drugs Inspector Divya Ranjan Naik inaugurated the camp as the chief guest.Social activist Saroj Kumar Sahu, environmentalist Vivekananda Patnaik, Siddharth Mohanty, Durga Prasad Mishra, Red Cross life members Amar Kumar Sethi and Somnath Singh were chief guests and encouraged the blood donors. Ranjan Mohanty, Amee Kumar Mohapatra, Treasurer Naresh Kumar Agarwal and members Dr. Narayan Behera, Tapan Besha, Nayan Das, Vivekananda Shejpada, Bhavani Shankar Raut, Suneet Sakunia, Sushant Parvi, Ashish Sakunia organized the major camp and many members also donated blood. Mahanth, Babita Pattayat, Satyajit Mahanth, Pitesh Samal, Vijay Bandra, Parthasarathy Mahanth, Shakuntala Mahanth collected major blood. In addition, 42 units of blood were collected from Rairangpur branch and 15 units each from Udla and Karanjia branches of the association.
