A new Shiv Linga of Sri Lokeshwar Mahadev was installed in a new Shiv Mandir near Ma Lal Pat Ma Sal Pat and Gramdevati Pith at Purunchandrapur in Baripada with a grand ceremony led by Sudam Kumar and Ishwar Behera led by Dinesh Patnaik, Manranjan Kumar, Mantu Captain, Virendra Captain, Himansu Babu, and With the full cooperation and efforts of Captain Lakshmi Narayan, a Prasad Sevan has been held today at Bhavya Temple along with the celebration of Mahadev’s soul. On the said occasion, both women and men gathered together in a devotional atmosphere, reciting mantras with the devotees, and received the blessings of Mahadev and considered themselves blessed. In the said program, the retired employee Mr. Sudham Kuaner contributed a lot to this festival from his pious money and gained the grace of the Lord. Every year in this full ground, Dekadevi is worshiped according to Sanatan rituals. There is a gathering of many devotees.
