Malkangiri, 09/04/26: As per the guidelines of the state government, a special program on the occasion of the ninth day of the Ordonia language party being nurtured by the district administration has been successfully completed. District Collector Nathash Arvind Rajshirke has called upon everyone to make this campaign a public movement. A special book stall organized in front of the District Collector’s office premises displayed books of various tastes by local seller Ram Krishna Chowdhury. On this occasion, District Collector Shri Rajshirke said that the book is the light of knowledge and the true reflection of our culture. Especially if students make friends with books, a prosperous society can be formed. Additional District Administration Somnath Pradhan, Additional District Administrator Rajswa Vedbar Pradhan, Chief Development Officer Dasharathi Sarabu, Sub-District Officer Duryodhan Bhoi along with District Information and Public Relations Officer Pramila Majhi, Social Security Officer Nirmal Dharua and Culture Officer Santras Narayan Panda were prominently present and purchased the books. Additional District Collector Mr. Pradhan highly appreciated this initiative of the administration for the protection of Orody language and literature. On this occasion, students of various educational institutions joined in large numbers and bought books of their choice and showed interest in reading.
