
Malkangiri, 26/5/26: An important step has been taken by the Malkangiri district administration in the field of child safety, welfare and welfare. An inter-state adoption has been legally finalized today in the Malkangari District Magistrate and District Magistrate’s Court. A final adoption order has been issued by the District Magistrate in the case, which has already been approved by the Central Adoption Resources Authority in New Delhi. Along with this, the expectant couple from Jharkhand has been given full legal custody of the child. It may be noted that the concerned child was earlier handed over to the prospective parents of Jharkhand under pre-adoption custody as per the rules of the Central Adoption Resource Authority. After successful compliance and verification of all regulations during the foster care period, the legal process was successfully completed today in the District Magistrate’s Court. By virtue of this final order, the child is now recognized as a valid member of his new family. On this occasion, District Magistrate Arvind Rajashirke expressed his happiness and said that every child has the basic right to grow up in a safe environment and build his own future. Today, the district administration is very happy to successfully complete the legal process and hand over the child to her permanent family. The District Collector congratulated the new couple from Jharkhand and wished the baby a bright and happy life. The District Magistrate also thanked all the staff of the District Child Protection Unit and the concerned Specialized Adoption Agency for making the entire process smooth and orderly. Informing about the coordination of this successful legal process, District Child Protection Officer Narayan Das said, “The legal protection of the child and all aspects have been studied very carefully under the direction of the district magistrate. After this final order is issued, the status of the child will be updated in the Central Adoption Resource Authority database. As per government regulations, a mandatory post-adoption follow-up report will be submitted to the administration once every six months for the next two years to monitor the overall development and safety of the child.
