Hon’ble Supreme Court Special People’s Court Settlement Ceremony – 2026 will be held on August 21, 22 and 23. The above settlement ceremony provides for settlement of the following cases on amicable basis. Matrimonial disputes, motor vehicle accident cases, check bounce cases, land acquisition cases, revocable criminal cases, labor disputes, other suitable cases which can be settled amicably will be resolved in this ceremony. Those interested to know some important information about settlement ceremony and to settle their cases in the above People’s Court can request by filling the google form available on Hon’ble Supreme Court website- https://www.sci.gov.in. This is a voluntary process and cases can be resolved by mutual consent.
