Kandhamal/Ka Nuagaon (Fast News Odisha) Kandhamal District’s Ka Nuagaon Block Bandguda Panchayat Upa Kangerikia Village, the Nuagaon administration failed to construct a wall and water for the Anganwadi Center. According to the instructions of the government for the development of education, while there is provision to build drinking water and walls for Anganwadi centers for small children in every village panchayat of every district of Odisha, it seems that the administration of Nuaga block has forgotten or the state government has not given the instructions so far. As a result, the administration of the new block is seen sitting quietly. Therefore, the residents of the area have demanded to build a new water tank wall in the upper Kangerikia Anganwadi center. In this regard, it has been found that the health conditions of the children are not living properly due to the lack of drinking water and wall system in the Anganwadi center. Such a scene has been seen in our Anganwadi center in Upper Kangerikia village of Kanuaga Block, Bandguda Panchayat, Kandhamal District. But no arrangements have been made for our Anganwadi Centre. It is said that the officials of the department are playing games with the health of the Kuni Kuni Komalmati children of this Anganwadi center. The villagers alleged that some kind of game is going on with the life of the future of the country. At Anganwadi centers, Paika women rely on steam water for cooking. Neither a day nor a month since the beginning of Anganwadi center, even a tubewell and a wall have not been constructed. As a result, the students of Anganwadi Center have to fill their house with water for cooking. Therefore, in view of the health of the small children, for example, the residents of the area, including the Anganwadi helpers of the Upper Kangerikia village, have demanded to build a new tube well for our Anganwadi center in Srighra, and to arrange a water tank. On the other hand, the villagers of Upper Kangerikia are waiting for the action of the new administration while complaining that the sewage water is the rain for the villagers.
