Daringbadi, 25/026 (Fast News Odisha) Joint complaint hearing of Kandhamal District Magistrate Vedbhushan and SP Harish Bishi has been held today in Daringbadi Panchayat Samiti office. Under the supervision of Vidyo Prithiranjan Rath, people from 25 gram panchayats of the block area came to the block office and registered their complaints. A total of 202 complaints were registered, 120 individually and 82 collectively. In particular, there have been allegations that the names of many beneficiaries have been cut off from the list due to the delay in getting the allowances. Water crisis has become acute in various panchayats and residents of the area have complained for the repair of tube wells, digging of new tube wells, water supply with the help of solar pumps. Even though a new substation of 33 KV has been installed in Simanwadi, there has been growing public dissatisfaction over the delay in making it operational. He appealed to Amarendra Pradhan Zilapal and filed a claim for funds in Simanwadi. Similarly, the road from Brahmanigaon to Kutlari village has become dead. Residents of the area complained that it should be paved soon. People’s representatives have complained about the delay in the construction of Burangia road from Tilori, Budaguda via Kukermaha, including Budukeju road in Badabanga Panchayat. Finally, the District Collector distributed forest land plots and gave bonus money to the beneficiaries who completed the housework on time in the housing scheme. Deputy District Collector Pranitha Das, District Council Chief and Promotion Officer Shambhunath Nandy, PA ITDA Rasindhu Behera, Tehsildar Dhiraj Kumar Pote, Block Superintendent Sushant Pradhan, Police Station Officer Likhagkeshari Jena were present in the complaint hearing.
