Maliya, 08/05: Juventika program has been held for adolescent girls under the direct supervision of the State Director General of Police to establish child friendly police stations across the state. In this regard, awareness has been created to avoid various crimes committed by teenagers and stay away from cyber fraud through the Juventika program from Malgiya police station on the border of Malkangari district. More than 60 teenage girls and Anganwadi workers from Maliya and surrounding areas participated in the program under the leadership of Maliya Police Station Officer Satish Kumar Majhi. On the occasion of the event, the Director General of Police, Deputy Director of Police created awareness through a video message through LEDs. After that, the local police have created awareness about the safety of women, safety related to cyber crime through various videos, local stories. All the staff of Maliya police station including Assistant Commander of BSF, SI Nirod Kumar Bagh and ASI Anil Kumar Mishra were present in the event.
