Malkangari, 14/04/2026: A joint public hearing and complaint camp has been held by the Malkangari district administration at Niliguda village panchayat office under Maliya block. Hundreds of local residents reached the camp under the chairmanship of District Collector Arvind Rajashirke with their various problems. A total of 84 complaints were heard in the camp, including 38 personal and 46 rural issues. In particular, important issues such as Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme, Land Leasing, Old Age and Widow Allowance and Disability Assistance were discussed in detail. Along with this, the District Collector gave strict instructions to the concerned department officials to solve the basic problems like drinking water, electricity connection and roads. Chief Development Officer Dasharathi Sarabu and CDMO Dr. Dolamani Pradhan was present and listened to the problems of the people and promised to solve them. All Tahsildars, BIDs and District level officials among others joined the camp.
